If the Abyss Mat does not get the reaction you wanted, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it for a full refund of the purchase price. No restocking fee, no questions asked.
How to start a return
- Email support@example.com with your order number.
- We reply within one business day with the return address and instructions.
- Ship the mat back rolled (not folded) in any box. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the mat arriving.
Damaged or wrong item?
Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will ship a replacement at no cost. You do not need to return the damaged mat.
